A sustainable strategy is devised to achieve the maximum, and a need-based, and right based approach isinitiated to ascertain the problem with full community involvement and mobilizing all indigenous and local resources. The program goal materialized with a helping hand from member donors, agencies and Philanthropists


Approach

During the process of social mobilization, DPDN adopted a participatory, self-help, selfsustainable approach through community involvement and the formation of volunteer groups in remote rural areas of the Gedo region


Philosophy

Sustainable rural development is a dynamic process posing various needs at different phases of time. These can be dealt with through continuous interventions based on designed frameworks that incorporate the requirements projected by the communities and with the help of the communities by strategizing for public-private partnerships

Mission Statement

DPDN contribute to ensuring that vulnerable groups such as women, children, and young people have access to basic rights such as education, health, and employment through a value system based, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in the society.
